Cancellation & Late Policy

To provide the best experience for all clients, I kindly ask that you respect the following scheduling policies:

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. A 10-15 minute grace period is allowed. After that time, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and the full service price will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and subject to the cancellation fee.



No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Future appointments will require a non-refundable full payment of service to secure your booking. Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future booking requests.
